Parmesan 692804 M Evarom
A hard type flavor Parmesan for grating on pasta. Similar to Grana Padano but less nutty (it still has a hazalnut nuance, but is more milky – buttery and brothy). A very easily recognizable cheese flavor. It has the mellow, lingering notes that result from the long month aging process. This flavor is not at all fruity but does have a honey, hay and butterscotch aftertaste.
Oil soluble mixture of flavoring substances
Use level varies with the application between 0.05% (Caesar salad dressing) and 2% (in flavored olive oil)
Applications: white sauces (cheese sauce, Alfredo, Carbonara), Cheesepie ( in the bechamel), Caesar salad dressing, ravioli filling, olive oil dressing (for risotto, beef carpaccio, green beans and other steamed vegetables), burger sauce (mayonnaise based sandwich spread), herbal butter, imitation grated cheese (pasta topping)

Description: Strong 20 fold taste, tart, brothy umami
Applications: Pasta sauce, quattro formaggi, kritsini, paximadi, fishing bait, risotto
